Asterisk Realty & Placement Agency is partnering with Baker & McKenzie to hold Part II of our Luxury Hotel Residence and Integrated Resort development seminar on July 20th,

Japanese real estate developers and authorities are realising the success luxury branded hotel residences have had in overseas markets, and are looking to bring the concept to the Japanese market as well. The purpose of this seminar is to further explain the success luxury hotel branded residences have had overseas through case studies, as well as highlight legal issues and structuring to consider when developing such residences.

Furthermore, with the passing of the Integrated Resorts bill last December, Japanese investors, developers, ministries, and other players are keen to hear more on the business as well as the effects these developments will have on tourism, the luxury consumerism, and its effects on the real estate market as a whole.

Guest speakers will include: Marriott International, MGM Resorts, Baker & McKenzie, Asterisk Realty, and a chairman of the Cabinet Committee.

Attendees will include: Leading Japanese companies from real estate, construction, investments firms, hospitality, asset management, banking, infrastructure, entertainment, and luxury service industries. Also relevant government authorities and ministries.
