Asterisk’s seminar on Australia and Asia real estate investment for Japanese institutional investors

On Feb. 7, Asterisk Realty & Placement Agency will be holding “Real Estate Investment in Australia and Asia Seminar” for Japanese institutional investors. Speakers include PwC Japan, Australia and Singapore, M&G Real Estate, Ascendas-Singbridge and Propertylink.

This time, Asterisk will cover Australia and Asia for the upcoming seminar. Regionally, developed markets such as Australia has been receiving growing strong interest from investors. The seminar will be specifically focusing on the current trends in taxation, law, and market aspects of real estate assets investment, as well as other relevant structures that are mainly applicable for Japanese investors including pension funds, financial institutions and real estate companies. And the registration for this seminar has reached the maximum number of 50.
